Sales Administrator – Join the Eddie Wright Car Supermarket Family!

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to keep our sales process running smoothly and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who drives away in their new car.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling vehicle orders from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing all the essential paperwork – registrations, invoices, finance documents, and more
  • Supporting our sales team to ensure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork
  • Liaising with customers, finance companies, and suppliers in a friendly and professional way
  • Making sure every step of the process reflects our high standards and family values

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous admin experience (motor trade knowledge is a big plus!)
  • A sharp eye for detail and brilliant organisational skills
  • Confident IT skills and a head for numbers
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a team spirit – we’re all in this together!
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can keep calm under pressure
