Pawnbroking & E-Commerce Advisor (Full Time)
Leamington Spa

Cashbrokers Leamington Spa is looking for a motivated and dependable individual who is keen to build a long-term career to join and support our growing team.

This is a hands-on position offering real variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills across e-commerce, retail, and financial services.

The Role

This is a varied, customer-facing role combining in-store customer service and financial transactions alongside supporting our growing e-commerce operations.

Working both independently and as part of a small team, you will play a key role in supporting our online sales & marketing operations whilst also providing assistance with customer service and as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing face-to-face customer service in-store, including pawnbroking, buybacks, retail sales, precious metals transactions, and foreign exchange services,
  • Assisting with the preparation, photographing, and listing of items for sale across e-commerce platforms
  • Managing online orders and returns
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Supporting the maintenance of our social media presence

This is a genuinely diverse role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys learning and taking on new challenges.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday
  • Working 2 out of every 4 Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is keen to develop within a long-term role.

You will be someone who:

  • Communicates confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Is reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently when needed
  • Has experience within a customer facing role.
  • Has a friendly, approachable manner and enjoys dealing with people from from all backgrounds
  • Is organised, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload in a busy environment
  • Takes initiative, shows ownership of their work, and maintains high standards across both customer service and online presentation
  • Works well within a small team, contributing positively and sharing responsibility for day-to-day operations

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience in in pawnbroking or the jewellery trade would be a strong advantage, though not essential for the right candidate
  • Experience working with Social media, e-commerce or photography would be an advantage

Full training will be provided, and we welcome candidates who are eager to grow and build a lasting role within the business.

  • The role involves some lifting and carrying
