Bar Supervisor

We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to join the team at Dalmeny Park House Hotel. Reporting directly to the hotel management team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to all guests while ensuring a first-class experience across the hotel's bars, restaurant, and events.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supervising drinks service across the hotel's bar, restaurant, and functions.
  • Serving food and beverages to guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Preparing cocktails, coffee, and other beverages to a high standard.
  • Leading the bar team by example, ensuring smooth and efficient service during busy shifts.
  • Supporting the management team with daily bar operations, opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be 18 or over due to licensing requirements.
  • Previous bar experience in a similar quality hospitality environment is essential.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Mixology experience is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of wine and food pairings is desirable.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and functions.
  • Positive, "can do" attitude with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
