About Us

We are an exciting soon to open casino venue in Daventry with a lively bars, private hire rooms, board game areas, and a dedicated karaoke room. We are looking for a hands-on, energetic Bar & Events Manager to take ownership of our bar operations and deliver outstanding events that keep customers coming back.

Role Overview

As a Front of House Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You’ll provide outstanding service, manage communication channels, and maintain deep knowledge of all casino operations and local area amenities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome members and guests with a professional, friendly manner
  • Sign members in and register new members
  • Answer phones, manage emails, and respond to social media messages promptly
  • Update and monitor our social media accounts and website as needed
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all venue promotions, events, rules and services
  • Assist members with enquiries and provide concierge support, including:
  • Booking taxis, private cars, hotels, restaurants & entertainment
  • Offering knowledgeable recommendations about the local area
  • Complete general administrative duties including paperwork, filing, and record keeping
  • Ensure reception area is neat and complete all opening/closing procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, articulate and poised under pressure
Strong customer service orientation
Comfortable using computers and social media platforms
Ability to learn and retain detailed information about casino services and local area
Experience with concierge services or hospitality is a plus
Professional presentation
