Are you passionate about making a real difference in a young person’s life? We are an activity-based provider dedicated to helping young people build independence, experience the world, and thrive.

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Childcare Support Workers to join our team. In this role, no two days are the same—you'll be supporting young people both at home and out in the community, participating in fun activities like go-karting, theme parks, ice skating, and more!

Shift Pattern
We offer a structured shift pattern designed to provide continuity of care for our young people while allowing for clear downtime:

Independence: Assist and encourage individuals with daily household tasks and independent living skills.
Community Connection: Support individuals in social outings and recreational activities.
Care & Planning: Monitor, document progress/behaviour, and collaborate with a professional team to implement individualized care plans.
Safety First: Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the individuals in your care at all times.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience within social care is preferred, but not essential—we value the right attitude, empathy, and compassion!
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a supportive team player.
Core Values: Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
Education: GCSE or equivalent (Required).
Requirements: Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Please note: We are unfortunately unable to offer Sponsorship or Relocation packages for this role.
