We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Electronics Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the electronics industry.
No previous electronics assembly experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
As part of your training, you will gain experience across a range of manufacturing processes. As your skills develop, we may specialise your training in a particular area of production where your strengths and interests are best suited.
What You'll Be Doing
- Electro-mechanical assembly of electronic products
- Following assembly drawings, work instructions and build packs
- Using a variety of hand tools and assembly equipment
- Performing visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Carrying out basic production administration and record keeping
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Working as part of a team to meet production schedules
- Cable assembly and wiring
What We're Looking For
- A keen interest in electronics, engineering, or manufacturing
- Good manual dexterity and practical skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written instructions and technical drawings
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, DIY, hobby electronics, model making, or hand tool experience would be advantageous but is not essential
