We have an exciting opportunity for 16 18 years olds to build a strong foundation in Fundraising and develop the skills needed for a successful career in Fundraising. No experience is necessary just enthusiasm, a willingness and drive to learn, and a genuine interest in raising critical funds for our hospice.

St Catherines Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey.

The Role:

The Fundraising Apprentice is offered on a 18 month full time, fixed term basis. Working 37.5 hours per week, this will include your apprenticeship study time.

As the Fundraising Apprentice, youll work towards your Fundraising Level 3 qualification while gaining valuable, real-world experience. Youll play an active role in supporting across all the fundraising team functions including Events, Community, Individual giving and Partnerships.

This development role is designed to build your skills, knowledge and confidence, enabling you to provide effective day-to-day support across a dynamic Fundraising Team. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification, developing the expertise needed to help generate vital income and support our mission.

What Youll Be Doing:

As a Fundraising Apprentice, you'll play an important role in supporting our fundraising activities and helping to build lasting relationships with our supporters, donors and volunteers.
