As a Progress Coach, you’ll be a mentor, motivator, and advocate for students.
This is a full-time, term-time only role, working 37 hours per week for 38 weeks per year.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Provide pastoral support to 16–18-year-old Study Programme students
- Support attendance, personal goal setting, achievement, and progression
- Deliver engaging tutorial content and help shape the tutorial programme
- Collaborate with curriculum and support teams to ensure students receive timely, effective support
- Work 1:1 and in groups to inspire and guide learners
