Full job description

We are looking to add a casual senior golf team member to join our Royston team. Our golf team are responsible for ensuring all visitors to Kingsway Royston have a great experience! With a core focus on customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all families, golfers and café goers alike! If you have any questions regarding the vacancy before applying, please ask to speak with Jack or Ben and they will be happy to discuss anything with you. No golfing experience is required! (Position holder must be over 18 years of age).

Main responsibilities:

- Opening and Closing site.

- Operating the till, responding to enquiries via telephone and email.

- Running the driving range and managing customer bookings.

- Shift leading and supervising support staff to ensure tasks are completed.

Availability:

- Must be available to work Friday and Sunday on a weekly basis initially.

- Shift hours are typically 8 hours and will be between 7:30am-9:30pm depending on day and shift pattern.

- Starting available hours of 16 per week with the opportunity to increase to 40.

Starting Pay: £12.71p/hour with additional bonuses and incentives available.

Staff benefits: Free range balls and discounted rates on all activities and Jamaica Blue discount whilst on shift.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Availability: Able to travel to the centre during business hours, weekends and bank holidays depending on rota requirements and availability.

Shift Patterns: Weekday and Weekend shifts will be available and shifts will be between 6-8 hours in length per shift.
