Passionate about fine food? We’re seeking creative chefs to join our kitchen teams across Tresco Island and the 3AA Rosette Hell Bay for the 2026 season.

We have roles across all our departments and double or twin rooms available. Share our opportunities with your partner or best friend, and let them join your island adventure.

Salary: From £13.90 per hour, dependent on experience

Duties Include:

  • Preparing dishes & ensuring food is served to a consistently high standard
  • Working closely with the Head Chef planning menus & developing new dishes
  • Liaising with suppliers & placing orders, while keeping to budget
  • Monitoring and maintaining consistent portion and waste control to maintain set profit margins
  • Assisting the Head Chef with staff rotas, management & training of team members, and leading the kitchen smoothly in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times in line with health and hygiene safety regulations
  • Undergoing any training required provided to assist in the role

  • Hold the relevant kitchen and hygiene certificates or be willing to obtain them
  • Having a rosette background will be advantageous
