Job Overview

As part of our award winning restaurant team, you’ll support smooth, welcoming service across guest-facing and food preparation tasks. You may serve guests, assist with preparing food and help keep the restaurant clean and organised, working with colleagues to respond to changing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, answer questions and provide attentive hospitality throughout their visit.
  • Take and deliver orders accurately, communicate requests to colleagues and handle basic calculations when needed.
  • Prepare food safely, follow food safety practices and keep work areas and equipment clean.
  • Manage tasks efficiently during busy periods and suggest suitable menu items when appropriate.
  • Your impact: Clear communication between service and kitchen colleagues helps guests receive accurate orders and a more seamless dining experience.

Requirements

Required: You’ll need practical communication, basic maths and time management skills to serve guests and coordinate tasks with colleagues. Preferred: Restaurant and serving experience can help you contribute confidently; strengths in guest services, hospitality and appropriate upselling are also valued.
