Established in 2021, SV Care Services Ltd provides 24hr bespoke Residential Care to children and young people in a homely, nurturing environment in Romford. SV Care Services takes a child-centred and individualized approach to care, focusing on children whose development has been disrupted by negative experiences. The company is driven by a passion to bring positive change to the industry, supported by a knowledgeable and experienced staff team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Dual Registered Manager at SV Care Services Ltd in Romford- An exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation to manager two residential children's homes, within walking distance of each other, supporting 6 children in total. There is also the support of a Deputy Manager within each home.

In an industry where no two days are ever the same, this role requires flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

Qualifications

  • Registered Manager experience and qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in residential care operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
  • Previous time served as a Manager registered with Ofsted
