1st and 2nd Fix Carpenter – Site Based (Price Work)

Location: Braintree, Colchester, Suffolk and surrounding areas
Start Date: Near Future
Duration: 1–2 months (with potential for ongoing work)
Pay: Price work

About the Role

Sudman Carpentry Ltd is looking for experienced 1st & 2nd Fix Carpenters to join our growing team, working across a range of new-build residential developments throughout Braintree, Colchester and Suffolk and surrounding areas.

We undertake a variety of carpentry packages including first fix, second fix and final fix works. We're looking for carpenters who take pride in their workmanship, work efficiently on price, and can consistently deliver a high standard of finish.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in new-build 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
  • Confident working on price work
  • Own tools and transport essential
  • High standard of workmanship with excellent attention to detail
  • Neat, tidy and organised
  • Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently while maintaining programme and quality standards
