Full job description

Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting for experienced 2nd Fix Carpenters to join ongoing project in Fleet. This role is ideal for skilled carpenters with a strong eye for detail and a solid background in finishing works on high-quality construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of 2nd fix carpentry including door hanging, skirting, architraves, boxing in, and other finishing work.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with site deadlines.
  • Work closely with site managers and other trades to meet project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Blue CSCS Card with NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 2nd fix carpentry.
  • Own tools and PPE.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and reliability are essential.
