- Work within established brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual elements.
- Manage project timelines effectively and deliver assets on schedule.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current animation and motion graphics trends and techniques.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively seek solutions.
- Organize and maintain project files efficiently.
- Potentially mentor more junior team members and/or provide feedback on their work.
- Working with and embracing AI and helping our company stay on the front foot of ever-developing AI post-production capabilities.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in animation and motion graphics.
- Essential: Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite. This includes mastery of:

- Preferred (but not essential):
- Knowledge and understanding of Premiere Pro
- Knowledge and understanding of DaVinci Resolve
- Knowledge and understanding of Cinema 4D/Blender
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation, etc.).
- Excellent eye for premium design, composition, and typography.
- Ability to create engaging and dynamic motion graphics with a strong understanding of pacing and storytelling.
- Experience with character animation, rigging, and lip-syncing is highly desirable.
- Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript (particularly for After Effects expressions) is a bonus, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A keen curiosity of all things AI and a passion for staying on top of researching new software and technologies as they become available.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation and motion graphics work.
