What is a 3D Printing Post Processing technician:

The position as a post processing technician will include you as part of the team responsible for the entire manufacturing lifecycle of orders that come through our doors. You will be responsible for post-processing 3D prints, packaging and shipping. Your main role will be to make sure every 3D print is finished to the correct quality guidelines, packaged up and shipped to happy customers. Working with state of the art industrial 3D printers, you will be hands on with MJF and SLS machines and the manufacturing systems / soft wares. You'll play a part in producing high quality components for a wide range of industries including robotics, automotive, industrial design/engineering, film and TV.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

- Post processing, quality assuring, assembling, finishing, packaging and shipping prints.

- Hands on 3D Printing technologies

- Performing work in a safe manner and adhere to safety programs, processes, and procedures.

- Working to continuously guarantee and improve customer satisfaction.

- Contributing to our company culture.

Requirements:

- Experience of working with machinery, DIY and tools. A hands-on type of person who is used to a manufacturing / workshop environment.

- High level of standards that match our quality at 3D People.

- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn when processing the powder. The protective equipment is provided free of charge, however, the masks can be restrictive, if you suffer from a respiratory condition, please take this into consideration before applying.

- Team-oriented attitude and strong ability to collaborate with others.

- Currently have the legal requirements to work in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis.

- Good English communication skills.
