Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Bathroom Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills alongside proficiency in various design software. They will be expected to collaborate closely with clients, provide expert advice, and utilise various design tools to provide aesthetically pleasing bathroom layouts that meet clients’ needs and preferences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects within a dynamic team, ensuring that client visions are realised with precision and aesthetic appeal. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be well organised, and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring each project is executed to the highest standard. Duties

  • Coordinate and manage bathroom design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client specifications and deadlines.
  • Utilise software such as ArtiCAD and Easy Quote to develop detailed plans, 3D visualisations, and complete client quotations.
  • Completing home surveys to calculate accurate room dimensions
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with design intent and safety standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Maintain organised documentation of project progress and revisions.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving license
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction or interior design industry.
  • Strong understanding of CAD packages
  • Knowledge of ArtiCAD software is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of designing and selling bathrooms
  • Experience in completing home surveys

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
