Working within the Civil Works Alliance (a partnership between Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O'Rourke), you'll play a key role in transforming how complex construction activities are planned, visualised and communicated through digital technologies.
As a Digital Adoption Co-ordinator - 4D Planning & Animation, you'll support the development and adoption of 4D planning processes, digital simulations and visual communications that help project teams better understand construction methodologies and sequencing. Working closely with Digital, Planning and Engineering teams, you'll develop innovative solutions that improve collaboration, decision-making and project delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the development and implementation of 4D planning processes across the project
Configuring and administering Synchro Pro and Synchro Control to support programme management and construction sequencing
Developing workflows that improve programme reviews and support efficient project planning
Producing high-quality 4D simulations and animation outputs that communicate construction methodologies to project teams and stakeholders
Creating digital visualisations that support engineering, planning, construction and external communications
Developing and maintaining libraries of 3D assets, temporary works components and material textures
Supporting the packaging of 4D simulations and digital visualisations for use on mobile devices in the field
Delivering training and guidance to project teams to encourage adoption of digital planning tools and workflows
Working collaboratively with Digital, Planning and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Supporting the wider Digital strategy through innovation, process improvement and the adoption of modern digital technologies
What We're Looking For

Experience using Synchro Pro, Synchro Control or similar 4D planning software
Knowledge of construction planning and programme sequencing
Experience producing high-quality animations and digital visualisations for engineering or construction projects
Strong 3D modelling skills using software such as Blender, 3ds Max or similar platforms
Understanding of ISO 19650 and digital information management principles
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to train and support project teams
A proactive approach to problem solving, innovation and continuous improvement
Experience with Bentley Infrastructure Cloud or similar digital platforms would be advantageous
Why Join Us?
Be part of one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure projects
Help shape the future of digital planning and visual communication on a nationally significant programme
Work within a collaborative alliance environment alongside industry-leading organisations
Gain exposure to cutting-edge digital engineering, 4D planning and visualisation technologies
Long-term career opportunities within a major programme of works
