Who We Are

Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

As a Global Benefits Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and evolving BCG’s employee benefits programs across multiple regions. You will manage complex analytical and operational activities across health, life, disability, and business travel coverage, ensuring programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

You will act as a trusted contributor within the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise, driving analysis, generating insights, and improving processes. In this role, you will own workstreams, partner with global stakeholders, and contribute to decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing delivery and review of global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Conduct benchmarking and cost analysis to inform plan design and renewal strategies
  • Review insurance contracts and plan documentation, assessing value, risk, and clarity
  • Partner with brokers and insurers to support renewals, including data validation and analysis
  • Analyze claims and utilization data to identify trends and inform health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Lead administration and renewals of global programs (e.g., expat healthcare, travel insurance)
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve issues, manage costs, and support operations
  • Improve digital benefits experience through enhancements to the MyBenefits platform
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and standardize documentation across regions
  • Ensure alignment with global governance standards and local regulatory requirements

What You'll Bring

  • You bring 4–6 years of experience in benefits management, broking, or consulting
  • You have strong knowledge of employee benefits and insurance market practices
  • You independently manage analyses, interpret data, and translate insights into decisions
  • You demonstrate advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • You manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, tailoring messages to different stakeholders
  • You have experience with digital benefits platforms and an interest in improving user experience

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise, collaborating closely with a diverse, global team to deliver and enhance benefits programs. You will partner with brokers and external vendors to manage renewals and ongoing program performance, while working closely with global, regional, and local HR and Finance teams to support implementation, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers broad exposure across geographies and functions, with opportunities to contribute to both strategic priorities and day-to-day operations.
