Full job description

RB Holdings is a growing hospitality group shaping some of the most distinctive private members’ clubs and food businesses in London and New York. Founded by Robin Birley, our businesses are built on discretion, craftsmanship, and deeply personal service - delivered by teams who take pride in doing things properly.
Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.
We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our First Floor Bar team at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours:
  • Evening shifts (finishing up to 2:30am)
  • Occasional early shifts (starting from 8:00am)
  • The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What you will do:
  • Prepare and serve classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
  • Deliver exceptional service while maintaining club standards for beverage quality, presentation, and guest experience.
  • Provide warm, professional, and discreet service to members and their guests, building strong rapport and familiarity.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting floor service operations when required
What are we looking for?
  • Significant experience in a similar position is essential
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
