The Role (What You’ll Do)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment process:

  • Business Development - Build your own client base and partner with leading tech companies
  • Client Consulting - Advise businesses on hiring strategy and market insights
  • Candidate Sourcing - Identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn, outreach, and networks
  • Relationship Building - Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
  • Process Management - Manage interviews and offers end-to-end
  • Account Management - Grow and maintain existing client relationships

This is a target-driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and progression.

No prior recruitment experience is required - we provide full training from day one.

  • Recent or upcoming graduates (2023–2026)
