Excel Centres : Southwark after-school club Ltd (New branch).

We are childcare/Tuition Centres based in different locations mostly in South East London. We provide quality childcare services and support students in Mathematics, English and Science from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4.

We are currently seeking to recruit an educational administrator/Centre Manager to work at our Bermondsey (Southwark Park road) centre. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and organised, preferably with at least 4 years teaching experience and/or one year managerial/administrative experience. The vacancy is opened to international applicants who hold professional teaching qualification with at least 5years teaching experience. The company offers sponsorship for any successful applicant.

Name of Business: Southwark after-School-Club ltd( branch of Excel centres).

The successful candidate must have passion for teaching and caring for students. He/she must be fluent in the English language and preferably educated to Bachelor degree level and above. Administrative experience is a preferable.

General responsibilities:

1. Managing and developing the centre: ensuring delivery of quality education and childcare services.

2. Overseeing daily operations, and maintaining compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards.

3. Assess the performance of students; liaise with new and existing parents about their child’s progress

4. Attract new students to the centre through innovative campaigns.

5. Administration and organisation: keep on top of sign-ups, invoicing and payments.

6. Teacher recruitment: recruitment and training new tutors to run classes at the centre and managing team performances

6. Supervise tutors to ensure they discharge their duties effectively.

8. Carry out other reasonable duties as required.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
