  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prioritise activity, manage follow-ups and support effective portfolio management.

  • Identify opportunities for referrals, testimonials and advocacy, helping strengthen the James Collection brand and local reputation.

  • Support portfolio growth by identifying prospective owners and working closely with Business Development to create a seamless, premium experience.

  • Act as the voice of our owners within the business, sharing feedback and insights that help improve our services.

Who we’re looking for

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • A professional and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to handle sensitive or complex queries with care.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across operational, commercial and service teams.

  • Knowledge of the Dartmouth or wider Devon holiday letting market would be an advantage.

How you'll make an impact

  • Help improve revenue, occupancy and commercial performance through proactive recommendations and effective follow-up.

  • Help grow the James Collection portfolio through local relationships, referrals and prospective owner introductions.

  • Consistently deliver premium service standards across owner communications, property visits and issue resolution.

  • Become a trusted adviser to owners, adding measurable commercial value while developing lasting relationships.

  • Use accurate CRM data and owner insights to focus activity where it will have the greatest impact.

  • Generate positive owner feedback, testimonials and referrals where appropriate.

  • Work collaboratively across Awaze to deliver outstanding outcomes for our owners and guests.
