Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service. Responsibilities

  • Support food preparation and cooking processes to meet quality standards and presentation expectations
  • Oversee food production, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and portion control
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness within the kitchen environment
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef on menu planning, stock control, and ordering supplies

Qualifications
