We are a registered charity dedicated to putting smiles on the faces of local families supporting children or young adults who have additional needs. We provide enriching free family leisure activities in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Bristol.

​Family Leisure time is the best way to relieve social isolation and supports the mental and physical wellbeing of all families. It reduces stress, builds relationships, and provides a much-needed break from the challenges of everyday life.

We believe that everyone deserves to have the opportunity to enjoy leisure activities, and want to ensure that cost is never the reason you can't try something new. That’s why all of our Absolutely Together programmes are free to access for the families we support.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Why You?

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our fantastic team, someone who will go above and beyond and inspire our members to become fitness superheroes.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that your team and our members have a smile on their face at all times and be used to working in a fast paced environment. There will be times when you are lone working so you will also need to be an upbeat self-starter. This role will involve supporting our ladies only gym area, completing ladies only inductions and instructing ladies only classes because of this we do require a female instructor.

This role is zero hours but there is an option to offer contracted hours on progression.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Female only - The requirement for a female instructor is due to the need for ladies-only inductions, supporting our ladies-only gym area, and ladies-only classes.
• hold a level 2 fitness instructor qualification

Pay: £12.71 per hour
