Full job description

1st Logistics Courier Services Limited are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join us as self-employed parcel delivery drivers across Gloucestershire.

What we offer

  • Daily rate: £137.70 per completed route, with additional performance-based incentives.
  • Van, fleet insurance and fuel all provided.
  • Full training and induction included — no previous delivery experience needed.

What we’re looking for

  • Reliable, motivated individuals with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Full UK or EU driving licence (maximum 6 points, no major endorsements).
  • Ability to pass background checks (criminal record and driving history).
  • Must be 21+ to meet fleet insurance requirements.

Start Date: 1 Week.
