Job Title: Brand Account Executive (On-Trade)

Territory: Surrey & Kent – GU, TN, CT and surrounding postcodes

Package: £28,000–£30,000 + bonus, company car, pension, smartphone, laptop & iPad

The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Account Executive to join our award-winning on-trade field sales team, growing visibility, compliance and sales for the Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company and Britvic portfolio. You’ll represent an exciting mix of leading brands including Pepsi Max, Carlsberg, Poretti and 1664 Bière across pubs, bars, restaurants and venues in your area.

Managing a portfolio of high-volume outlets, you’ll drive distribution, win new listings, activate brand campaigns and work closely with your Territory Business Development Executive to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with on-trade customers across your territory

Grow distribution, visibility and rate of sale for the full drinks portfolio

Identify opportunities for incremental listings and new SKUs; negotiate space and activations

Deliver staff training on product knowledge and perfect serve; support menu and serve development

Plan and prioritise outlet calls; complete compliance, quality and standards checks

Execute brand campaigns and ensure POS and equipment are correctly sited and maintained

Track performance, report insight and present updates in both 1:1 and group forums

About You

On-trade sales experience, or a strong bar manager/supervisor ready to step into account management

Genuine passion for the drinks industry with solid knowledge of spirits, mixers and cocktails

Confident, engaging and professional, with strong sales, influencing and negotiation ability

Commercially astute, target-driven, self-motivated and disciplined

Excellent time management, teamwork, communication and presentation skills

IT literate and comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Full UK driving licence

Based within the territory (GU, TN, CT or nearby postcodes)
