Job Description:

Accounts Assisstant
A firm of Chartered Accountants based in North Wembley, are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and hard-working person to join our team.
We provide accountancy, auditing, book-keeping, payroll and taxation services for our portfolio of clients. Our firm is growing rapidly therefore, the candidate should be able to work on their own, pro-active and highly motivated to become a practice manager.
Candidates must have HMRC tax enquiries handling skills and computer literacy. Also the candidates must have experience in IRIS software, Tax Calc software, Sage 50 accounts, Quick Books, Xero Software, Sage payroll and MS Office ect. A minimum of three years' experience required.

Some usual duties and responsibilities are as follows:

-Basic bookkeeping and analysis work in sage and excel.

-Bank transactions analysis and reconciliation.

-Sales ledger, purchase ledger and cash book processing and reconciliation.

-VAT analysis and VAT Return MTD submission.

-PAYE processing, RTI submission and pension auto enrolment submission.

-Preparation of final accounts, tax computations and tax returns for partner review.

-HMRC tax enquiries handling and managing.
