We offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious tax professional to join our expanding team. This role offers the flexibility of remote working while maintaining close team collaboration.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact for clients, always ensuring excellent communication and service levels.
  • Managing accounts, VAT and corporate tax compliance work efficiently within the team and ensuring clients’ tax affairs are filed in a timely manner and in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Leading assignments efficiently and within budgets, managing the clients’ expectations on costs, billing and timelines, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the firm’s procedures.
  • Planning and delegating work appropriately, supervising and reviewing work carried out by juniors and ensuring departmental KPIs are met and continuously improved.
  • Managing junior staff, including their training, development, and appraisals.
  • Being involved in business development, attending client meetings, business events, delivering seminars and webinars.

Qualifications & skills

· Minimum 6+ years experience in a practice setting and a client facing role

· ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant PQ experience

· CTA qualified (beneficial)

· German speaking preferred

· Proven experience in managing client portfolio

· Able to independently prepare year end accounts and tax returns

· Experience working in an international environment
