Who Are We?

We are an established property and lettings management company with over 10 years’ experience managing residential buildings and rental properties. We act on behalf of hundreds of leaseholders and landlords, delivering professional, compliant, and responsive management services across multiple sites.

Our building management work focuses on the day-to-day running of residential blocks — overseeing maintenance and repairs, managing service charge finances and budgets, coordinating contractors, and ensuring properties meet all relevant health, safety, and legislative requirements.

Alongside this, our lettings team supports landlords by managing the full rental process — from tenant liaison and compliance through to rent collection, landlord payments, and organising repairs — ensuring both landlords and tenants are supported and protected.

We are a growing business with a strong operational foundation, offering an opportunity to join a company that combines hands-on property expertise with a focus on long-term relationships, compliance, and high service standards.

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are proficient in Sage 50 and Xero
  • Are accurate with meticulous attention to detail
  • Are organized, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Have strong IT and communication skills

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping the financial side of the firm running smoothly, handling day-to-day financial operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling rent and service charges, and preparing letting statements (Rentman)
  • Allocating management fees and processing invoices across multiple buildings
  • Budgeting service charges
