Refuse Loader

Exeter | £13.45 per hour | 6am - 2pm | Monday to Friday | Temporary | Immediate starts available

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Refuse Loaders for an immediate start to support early morning bin collections in the Exeter area.

Key Duties:
  • Work as part of a team alongside drivers to complete refuse collections.
  • Collect bins from residential and industrial properties across Exeter.
  • Load bins onto collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure bins are emptied correctly before returning them to properties.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, pulling, and moving wheeled bins.
  • Comfortable walking for extended periods during shifts.
  • Good teamwork ethic.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to travel to work for a 6am start.
What We Offer:
  • £13.45 per hour.
  • Monday to Friday working pattern.
  • Immediate starts available.
  • Early finish at 2pm.
