As an Advanced Occupational Therapy Practitioner in Adult Social Care, you will provide essential support to our team members, ensuring they have the guidance and resources they need to succeed. In this role, you will:

  • Support and Supervise: Provide guidance and supervision to team members, fostering their professional development
  • Maintain Workflows: Ensure the team’s workload is managed effectively, keeping everything running smoothly
  • Deputise: Step in for the team manager, providing leadership and support during their absence
  • Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding occupational therapy services to our clients
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience in adult social care setting
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in occupational therapy
