Administrator

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the coordination of the production department in relation to production planning (predominantly Aerospace) through to despatch. Other duties will also include:

· Assist with the day-to-day running of the production department

· Dealing with customer orders

· Assisting with material purchases

· Carry out checks on production records / quality paperwork and sign off as required

· Completing job sheets

· General office duties

Requirements

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise a vast amount of job tasks daily.

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including excel.

· Previous experience within the production and manufacturing industry would be desirable but not essential.

· Positive attitude
