Administrator – Medical and Legal Admin Services.

Location: Haywood House, Ecclesfield, Sheffield, S35 9ZX
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £25,360.00

Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing internal and external communications via telephone, email, and post
  • Arranging appointments and coordinating schedules
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading reports and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient business operations
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
  • Managing competing priorities and delivering work to deadlines

What We're Looking For
Knowledge & Experience
  • Previous experience in a medical or legal secretarial role, customer service, complaints resolution, or a similar commercial environment is desirable
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook (full training provided on internal systems)
  • Strong understanding of written English, grammar, and punctuation
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • A commercial awareness and understanding of business objectives
