Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

- Previous experience in a medical or legal secretarial role, customer service, complaints resolution, or a similar commercial environment is desirable
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook (full training provided on internal systems)
- Strong understanding of written English, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- A commercial awareness and understanding of business objectives
