Client Services Administrator | Finchley, London | £30,000–£35,000
Reference: 10332

We're working with a well-established independent financial planning firm based in Finchley, North London, who are looking to appoint a Client Services Administrator to join their Operational Support team.

The Role

A varied and hands-on position spanning two key areas - Policy Servicing and Client Reviews Administration. You'll be supporting paraplanners and advisers with day-to-day administration, maintaining the back-office system, processing letters of authority, handling client queries and preparing valuation packs for regulatory review meetings.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role
  • Familiarity with back-office systems and provider platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicating with clients, advisers and providers
