Apprentice Branch Administrator - HGV Direct Ltd

Start your career in a fast-growing, customer-focused commercial vehicle parts business. HGV Direct Ltd is expanding its nationwide branch network and is looking for a motivated Apprentice Branch Administrator to join the team at our Crayford Depot. Role Overview

As an Apprentice Branch Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of a busy HGV Direct branch. This is an ideal opportunity if you're organised, eager to learn and ready to build a long-term career in the commercial vehicle industry. You will achieve a Level 2/Level 3 Business Administration Qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support - assisting trade customers at the counter and over the phone;
  • Order Processing - raising orders, checking stock and updating the system;
  • Administration Tasks - filing, invoicing, data entry and maintaining accurate records;
  • Stock Co-ordination - helping with goods-in, stock checks and organising the warehouse;
  • Team Support - working closely with sales advisors, drivers and management;
  • This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm/8.00am to 5.00pm, including two Saturdays required per month (8.00am from 12.00pm).

  • Commercial vehicle parts knowledge;
  • Customer service and communication skills;
  • Inventory and logistics processes;
  • Business administration fundamentals;
  • Use of industry-standard ordering and stock systems.
