Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and work along side other staff , The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and proficiency in various computer applications to contribute to a professional and dynamic work environment must have experience in sage accounts.

Duties

  • Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain and update office records through accurate data entry and filing systems
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars for staff members
  • Handle invoicing and bookkeeping tasks using sage accounting software
  • Support team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
  • Organise office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees by preparing necessary documentation
  • Ensure the office environment remains organised, clean, and welcoming

Experience

  • Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
  • Experience with sage accounting software is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent typing skills for data entry and document preparation
  • Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
