Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly. This energetic role involves providing exceptional administrative support, managing front desk responsibilities, and ensuring efficient office management. Key Responsibilities

Managing payroll, recruitment, and staff records.

Ordering supplies and managing inventory.

Preparing reports for management or agencies.

Handling communications (phone, email, post).

Scheduling appointments and care visits.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
  • Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for various administrative tasks
  • Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
  • Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail handling, and general clerical duties
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email with patience and clarity
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly
