Office Administrator

Job Purpose:

The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while overseeing credit control activities. The role involves managing customer accounts, issuing invoices, monitoring outstanding payments, resolving account queries, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain filing systems and company records.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Raise and issue customer invoices and statements.
  • Process customer payments and allocate to accounts.
  • Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate customer account records.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and allocate payments.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
