We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced secretary and administrator to join our team to support the Managing Director with general day to day and project administration.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Managing Director to assist with all admin duties related to the busy office. If you enjoy working with luxury brands, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role is permanent and is based in our main office working 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday inclusive.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar role, however a positive, can do attitude with an ability to learn quickly is very important so all applications will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telephone answering and messages taken
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
  • Letter and email correspondence
  • Assisting in arranging meetings/ travel arrangements
  • General administration support including creating signage and postage labels, filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Typing up notes and letters for the Managing Director
  • What we’re looking for
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Confident in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Polite, friendly and approachable manner
  • Organised and methodical worker
  • Flexible with the ability to multitask
  • An ambassador of The House of Bruar brand
  • Can work on own initiative and as part of a larger team
  • The ability to work accurately and competently in a busy office
