We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and solution focussed individual to join the Improvement Team within Xentrall Shared Services.

Xentrall Shared Services is a highly successful partnership between Stockton-on-Tees and Darlington Borough Councils, also providing services to a range of Schools and Academies across the Tees Valley.

We provide a range of professional services including Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and ICT, supporting thousands of employees and customers every day.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Assistant to join our Improvement team.

The role includes:
  • Contributing positively and proactively to new and on-going improvement projects.
  • Acting as first line response for customer enquiries.
  • Updating in house systems, paying great attention to detail.

  • Are confident using systems such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel as well as exploring new platforms.

Please note this is a fixed term role, expected to last 12-months.
