Job Title: Pricing Administration Executive (Energy Team)

Location: Hybrid working – 1 to 2 days working from home per week. Please note, the first 4 weeks will be office-based full-time for training purposes.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Pricing Administration Executive to join our busy and fast-paced Energy Pricing team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth onboarding and management of client contracts, maintaining compliance, and protecting revenue through timely and accurate administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Information Submissions

  • Ensure all new client information requests are accurately submitted to suppliers within internal SLA timelines
  • Utilise internal and industry systems, including Perse and Electralink, to manage submissions efficiently
  • Liasing with suppliers to ensure all information is returned and set up correctly on all internal systems
  • liaising with the sales team to gather information required

Contract & Supply Management

  • Submit terminations in line with incumbent supplier Terms & Conditions
  • Monitor and ensure all contracts go live on their intended start dates
  • Proactively identify and resolve any risks to contract activation

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Produce and distribute regular reports to internal stakeholders regarding contract status and pipeline progress
  • Maintain clear and timely communication across departments

Objection Management

  • Manage and resolve objections in line with internal SLAs
  • Act with urgency to minimise revenue risk to the business
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to achieve prompt resolutions

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct compliance checks to ensure all contracts meet required standards for sign-off
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and audit-ready

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within the energy or utilities sector
  • 2+ years working in an administration role
  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Perse and Electralink (desirable, not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
