About us

GSD London is a specialist painting and decorating subcontractor working with tier-one main contractors across London. We’re CHAS Elite accredited and certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

The role

We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Project Administrator to run the admin that keeps our projects moving. It’s a broad, office-based role at the centre of the business — working closely with our directors, commercial team and site managers. If you like variety, ownership and keeping things in order, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

● Manage drawings, specs and project files, and keep revision control tight

● Upload to client portals (Procore, Fieldview, Aconex, Dropbox) to the right standards

● Support payment applications, variations and final accounts, and keep registers up to date

● Prepare and issue RAMS, toolbox talks and weekly compliance packs

● Handle day-to-day client and stakeholder communication, keeping main contractors and site teams updated

● Support accreditation renewals (CHAS, Constructionline, ISO, SafeContractor) and PQQ/tender submissions

What we’re looking for

● Strong administration and organisation skills, with a sharp eye for detail

● Confident with MS Office and cloud-based document systems

● Able to juggle deadlines across several live projects

● A clear, plain communicator

● Construction or subcontracting experience an advantage

Nice to have

● Experience with construction portals (Procore, Aconex, Fieldview)

● Familiarity with CIS, CSCS and H&S paperwork

● Ability to read construction drawings

Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in project execution! Your organizational prowess and leadership will help us achieve outstanding results while advancing your career in a supportive environment.

What we offer

● £27,000 – £30,000 per year

● 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

● Company pension

● A varied role with real ownership, working directly with the leadership team

Right to work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
