Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for somebody who is looking to enhance their career in an office-based environment, with potential progression and training opportunities for the right candidate, as an Investment and Pension Claims Administrator. The successful applicant will be based in our Prestwich office, enjoying an early 2pm finish on Friday and would be working with colleagues within the pension and investment claims department.

Within this role you will be relied upon to carry out the administrative and legal functions required by the team. You will be responsible for effectively prioritising and coordinating your workload, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Upon successful completion of probation, candidates will be eligible to participate in various bonus and incentive schemes.

We are looking to employ an individual with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work and wants to learn and progress their career over time.

Your duties will include:

· Taking inbound calls, and arranging callbacks where required

· Updating clients

· Sending DSAR requests

· Chasing requested documents, third party calls to obtain the information

· Obtaining documents from clients such as ID/policy numbers/LOAs

· Uploading data to the correct files and allocating to the claim handler

· Sending documents to clients

· Obtaining the correct information from clients to input into FOS/FSCS forms

Requirements:

· Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business, clients and third parties through various methods.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (predominantly Word and Excel).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to effectively organise your own workload and prioritise tasks.

· Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

· Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

· Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 2pm
