Full job description

Motorsave Limited is a franchised dealership representing Ford, Fiat Professional, Citroën LCV, Peugeot LCV and Vauxhall LCV. We're hiring a Parts Administrator to support our workshop team — this role supplies parts internally only, with no external or trade parts sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and process parts invoices
  • Locate parts in manufacturer catalogues for repair jobs, including identifying additional one-use parts required
  • Manage stock levels across our Stellantis and Ford brands
  • Manage surcharge returns and warranty part returns
  • Prepare parts for work-in-progress quotations and warranty repairs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a parts department, or strong vehicle component knowledge, preferred
  • Working knowledge of parts catalogues
  • Dealer Management System experience (Keyloop or CDK/Kerridge) desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
