Harbour Homes UK Ltd is an adult specialist care provider currently providing residential and supported living services to Kent residents in the Herne Bay and Canterbury area.

We are currently recruiting for both our Residential and Supported Living accommodations, for adults with complex mental health needs, including learning disability and autism, requiring 24-hour support and personal care

We provide intensive support for adults with complex and challenging conditions.

Our person-centred approach gives individuals control plus opportunities to increase independence through flexible support packages.

Our Support Workers provide intensive support and rehabilitation to the service users whilst empowering them to develop skills to live meaningful independent lives.

As a Support Worker you will become a key member of our team, undertake Keyworker responsibilities, work with an individual in promoting independence and regaining self - belief, form positive relationships with service users, families, and other professionals.

We are recruiting experienced Support Workers, however those with no experience may also apply as we offer a comprehensive induction and training programme, including the
Care Certificate and NVQ Health and Social Care level 2 and above.

We are always on the lookout for talented and dedicated individuals to come and join our team. In recognition of this we offer a bonus scheme to existing employees. There is no limit on the amount of people you can recommend.

If an existing employee recommends a friend or family member who is recruited and successfully completes their screening and probation period, you will be paid a £200 bonus in the month following the new employee’s probation end date.

Harbour Homes UK Ltd also gives a member of staff the opportunity to celebrate their birthday by granting an additional day holiday entitlement which can be taken on or near
(within two weeks) their birthday

Any ideas which are submitted by employees and put in place will be rewarded by the employee receiving gift vouchers to the value of £150.

All successful applicants will be subject to a successful enhanced disclosure from the
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Free parking and within walking distance of train station and bus stops.

Sleep in rate £76.00 per night

Wake night 10.5hrs 21.00-21.30

Day shifts between 07.00-21.30 of varying hours

Full-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour

A good level of spoken English is required. We are currently unable to offer sponsorship.
