Creative Operations Manager, Tech, Systems & Data, The B-Hive Nottingham OR London Closing date: 30 th September 2026 Recruitment Partner: Olivia Wilson About the Role The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle and Boots own brand. We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company. Reporting to the Head of Creative Operations, you’ll own and optimise the systems, data and tech that underpin how work moves through B-Hive, helping us become a smarter, more efficient and data-led creative agency. Strong, hands-on Adobe Workfront experience is mandatory.

You’ll be confident administering and optimising Workfront, building reports and dashboards, interrogating data and using it to improve workflows and decision-making. You’ll also support our wider Adobe ecosystem, including AEM Assets and Content Hub. Key responsibilities Adobe Workfront: Own admin and optimisation, including workflows, templates, forms, fields, dashboards, user access and governance. Reporting & insight: Build and maintain Workfront reports and dashboards across utilisation, forecasting, workload and commercial performance, turning data into actionable insight for agency leadership.

Workflow optimisation: Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, improve system adoption and make our tools work better together. AEM & asset management: Support AEM Assets and Content Hub, including metadata, asset workflows, governance and Workfront integrations. Commercial operations: Support billing, PO, invoice and freelance recharge processes, ensuring accurate data and robust financial reporting. Technology & governance: Oversee agency systems, licences, subscriptions and access, working closely with IT, Adobe and other technology partners.

Continuous improvement: Keep on top of Adobe releases and new functionality, proactively identifying, testing and implementing improvements. Training & adoption: Create guidance and training to help teams use our systems effectively and consistently.
