Beacon Comms attributes its success to the skills and performance of its staff and strong communication with clients.
Role Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Civils Team Leads and Labourers to join our team at Beacon Comms Nationwide. This is a full-time, on-site role where Team Leads will oversee civils projects, coordinate with labourers, and ensure timely and quality project completion. Labourers will assist in civils tasks, support Team Leads, and maintain a safe work environment. Due to the nature of the industry and work locations, candidates must be willing to work away from home.
Example of Works:
- Trial Holes
- Duct installs
- Site Clearances
- Reinforced Concrete bases
- General building and civils works
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Experience in civils projects and site installations
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate tasks, and communicate effectively with the National Civils Manager
- Health and safety knowledge and certification
- First Aid certification
- Ability to communicate with company and client H&S Auditors
- Capability to conduct toolbox talks
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments
- Full driving license essential
- Relevant industry certifications are a bonus, but Beacon Comms can provide training if required
- NRSWA Card is a bonus, but Beacon Comms can provide training if required
- Van and tools will be supplied

- Competitive PAYE salary (negotable on experience), including 20 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays (28 days in total)
