Based in our buzzing London Showroom in Clerkenwell, we’re looking for a Video & Content Editor who isn’t afraid to experiment and be bold with video editing and creation.

Responsibilities
- Content management: Handle and organise video content from all parts of the business, ensuring proper storage and documentation.
- Micro content creation: Develop video micro content that maximises the use of team-produced material, extending our reach and enhancing brand exposure. Aim to steadily increase views, followers, and subscribers.
- Weekly video production: Produce and edit a weekly video every Friday, utilising content filmed throughout the week from various teams (warehouse, installation, marketing).
- Podcast production: Film and edit podcast content, including setting up DSLR cameras, Rode microphones, and lighting.
- Installation project vsits: Visit installation projects around London to create both long-form and short-form content, capturing the progress from start to finish. Multiple visits may be required for comprehensive coverage.
- Drone videography: Operate the DJI drone to produce interesting and engaging project videos that are fully formed pieces of content.
- Customer and fitter interviews: Conduct and film interviews with customers and fitters to enrich content output.
- Content editing: Cut and edit existing footage from products, installations, and marketing team to create new content montages and innovative ideas.
- Make funny stuff: Use humour to craft social media content that stands out and attracts an interested audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to write sketches and film potentially viral content.
- Live event coverage: Visit exhibitions and showrooms with the presenter and marketing team to create live content and raise brand awareness.
- Scheduling: Support the marketing team with scheduling of video content and leverage the use of AI to produce and schedule content as efficiently as possible.
Desired skills and experience
- Video editing proficiency: Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.) and post-production processes.
- Filming techniques: Skilled in setting up and operating DSLR cameras, Rode microphones, and lighting equipment.
- Drone operation: Experience with drones and capturing video aerial footage. (Training can be provided if no experience)
- Creative content development: Ability to produce engaging and humorous content that aligns with the brand’s voice.
- Project management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple content pieces and projects simultaneously.
- Interpersonal skills: Comfortable conducting interviews and interacting with customers and team members on camera.
- Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality video production and content creation.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various teams across the business to gather and utilise content.
