Aerial & Satellite Engineer - Dartford

Crystal Electronics Ltd is looking for an experienced Aerial & Satellite Engineer to join our growing national team in Dartford.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an award-winning company specialising in the installation and maintenance of TV aerial, satellite, IRS, SMATV, and MATV systems across domestic, communal, and commercial environments.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary starting from £35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 40 hours per week: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Working 5 out of 7 days, including occasional Saturdays (with a weekday lieu day)

Key Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of:

  • TV aerial systems
  • Satellite systems
  • IRS, SMATV, and MATV systems
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Providing quotations for required works
  • Working across domestic, communal, and commercial properties
  • Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and company best practice
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety
  • Managing van stock levels and coordinating replenishment with head office
  • Accurately reporting completed works to the office team
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Desired Qualifications (Not Essential)

  • NVQ Level 2 in Signal/Aerial Reception
  • Digital TV Systems Resettlement Course (RCT Aldershot)
  • CAI Basic Aerial Installation Qualification
  • CAI Basic Satellite Installation Qualification
  • Working at Heights Certificate

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience installing and servicing aerial and satellite systems
  • Experience with IRS, MATV, and SMATV systems
  • Electrical, CCTV, or door entry experience would be advantageous
  • Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Ability to pass a DBS/security check
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage van stock effectively
  • Professional and reliable approach to work

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
