Job Description:
Aerialforce, the leading TV Aerial & Satellite, CCTV & Networking company in the UK, is seeking skilled and experienced Aerial and Satellite Engineers to join our team. As a self-employed engineer with Aerialforce, you will have the opportunity to work with a national leader in the industry, providing top-quality services to customers across the country. This role is target-driven, offering substantial earning potential with a competitive commission structure and additional bonuses for exceptional performance.
Location: Leicester area
Responsibilities:
- Installation & Maintenance: Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of TV aerials, satellite systems (e.g., Freesat, Sky TV), CCTV, Networking, alarm systems, and other related services.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver excellent customer service by being presentable, polite, and professional at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products offered by the company to maximise revenue.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with industry standards during installations and maintenance.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports of daily work completed, including any upsells or issues encountered during service calls.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Industry Experience with CCTV installations, with additional experience in Aerials/Satellites, CCTV & networking considered advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of CCTV Systems, Doorbells, with knowledge and experience on Aerials & Satellites considered favourable.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to upsell services and products effectively.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Driving License: Valid UK driving license is required.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule:
- Pattern: 5-day week followed by a 6-day week, rotating.
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
