Aerial & Satellite Engineer - Dartford
Crystal Electronics Ltd is looking for an experienced Aerial & Satellite Engineer to join our growing national team in Dartford.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an award-winning company specialising in the installation and maintenance of TV aerial, satellite, IRS, SMATV, and MATV systems across domestic, communal, and commercial environments.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary starting from £35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
- Full-time, permanent position
- 40 hours per week: 08:00 – 17:00
- Working 5 out of 7 days, including occasional Saturdays (with a weekday lieu day)

Key Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of:
- TV aerial systems
- Satellite systems
- IRS, SMATV, and MATV systems
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Providing quotations for required works
- Working across domestic, communal, and commercial properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and company best practice
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Managing van stock levels and coordinating replenishment with head office
- Accurately reporting completed works to the office team
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Desired Qualifications (Not Essential)
- NVQ Level 2 in Signal/Aerial Reception
- Digital TV Systems Resettlement Course (RCT Aldershot)
- CAI Basic Aerial Installation Qualification
- CAI Basic Satellite Installation Qualification
- Working at Heights Certificate
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience installing and servicing aerial and satellite systems
- Experience with IRS, MATV, and SMATV systems
- Electrical, CCTV, or door entry experience would be advantageous
- Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Ability to pass a DBS/security check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage van stock effectively
- Professional and reliable approach to work
